	Conveyorised oven with accurate temperature control for curing of filter paper.
	Clipping machine for leak- proof joining of pleated filter paper.
	Microprocessor controlled adhesive dispensing machine.
	Custom built pneumatically operated end bonding machine with accurate temperature control.
	PU element manufacturing facility.
	HEPA filter manufacturing facility in a clean room with motorized media pleating and spacer crimping machines.
	Other special machineries such as ink jet printing machine for printing on filter elements, label printing machine,strapping machine etc.

The plant is also provided with on-line quality control checking facilities for pleat depth, pin hole, in addition to others such as end bond, bubble pressure. The in-house fabrication facility has shearing machine, rolling machine, nibbling machine, bending machine, spot welding machine, TIG and MIG welding facilities.
